ARC Manual welding which is called MMA, is widly using on the fusion welding. Its have Powerful electric current between metal electrode and workpiece. then melting the electrode and the workpiece with the heat generated by the arc, with the heat generated by the arc , it formed a weld pool ,welder seam will formed after cooling,During the welding process, the metallic core of the electrode is using transfer the electric current ,and the filler metal to weld pool.electrode melts and generates a shielding gas to protect the weld from atmospheric contamination.
MMA welding machine is suitable for welding workpieces made of varieties of materials, such as carbon steel, regular low alloy steel or stainless steel. When the electrode diameter is 4.0mm, All Meile welding machines can work continuously.
