Plasma Cutter

Our plasma cutter, which using extremely sharp and high-temperature plasma arc to quickly pierce through the workpiece and then blow away the molten material.

Usually, the uncompressed gas (at atmospheric pressure) which in an electric arc is partially ionized. The temperature of such free-burning electric arc is from 6,000℃ to 8,000℃.

Once imposed to high pressure, the free-burning electric arc will ionize all the gas in it, thereby creating a plasma jet with high velocity, high current density and small conductive cross-sectional area. The plasma jet will immediately reach temperature from 15,000℃ to 30,000℃, quickly melting down the metal processed.
